We provide holistic medical consultations which include medical examinations, diagnostic testing and lifestyle assessments including; Diet, Exercise, Emotions, Sleep patterns, Elimination or detox pathways, and Environment &Â Ergonomic design. Individual treatment plans are designed using herbal medicine, lifestyle adjustments and body therapies such as Cupping therapy and therapeutic massages etc.
Herbal Therapy
Unani Tibb Practitioners refer to The Canon of Medicine as their historical pharmacopoeia and together with current advancements in pharmacognosy research, Practitioners formulate individualized therapies such as: Nutritional supplements (Majun), Herbal Tea formulation, Herbal tablets/ capsules, Herbal tinctures, Herbal infused bath oils, Herbal Massage oils, Herbal ointments and creams
Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy is the use of suction on the body to lift up the skin, fascia (the layer between skin & muscles), muscles and nerve fibers.
We offer Dry Cupping, Sliding Cupping,
Fire Cupping, Wet Cupping,
Hijamah / Sunnah Cupping and Herbal Infused Bamboo Cupping.

Therapeutic Massage
We offer unique therapeutic massages including; Full body, lymph drainage, Nutool & Indian Head Massage where we use personalized massage oil formulations aimed to help restore a calming connection between body, mind and soul.
Our in-house Massage Oils begin their journey as ethically sourced local herbs which are infused in cold-pressed carrier oils for up to 8 weeks.Â
These single herb oil infusions are then used based on their phytochemical profiles to formulate your personalized massage oil.
